Plans

• STARTER: €49/month or €588/year (standard)
• BUSINESS: €149/month or €1,788/year (standard)
• PRO: €299/month or €3,588/year (standard)
• ENTERPRISE: custom quote, from €699/month

Prices excl. taxes. Applicable VAT depends on the billing country and B2B/B2C status (rules verified and applied at payment time via our payment provider).

Launch offer — SAVE 80%

• -80% on annual STARTER, BUSINESS and PRO plans:

€117.60/year (≈€9.80/month), €357.60/year (≈€29.80/month), €717.60/year (≈€59.80/month).

• Annual billing only (billed annually) : the amount is

charged once a year; the monthly equivalent is indicative.

• A genuine launch offer, temporary by design : it ends

automatically at the configured end date (LAUNCH_END_DATE), displayed in real time on the pricing page. After that date, new subscriptions automatically revert to standard rates (€588/€1,788/€3,588 per year) — no manual intervention.

• Subscribers who signed up during the offer keep their price for

the entire duration of their current subscription.

• The offer cannot be combined with other promotions.

Free trial

• 14 days, full access to the chosen plan, no credit card upfront.
• One trial per organization.
• At the end of the trial: without subscribing, access ends (no automatic

billing without your action).

Cancellation

• At any time from the customer portal (Stripe Customer Portal).
• Cancellation en fin de période : accès maintenu jusqu'à la date effective.
• Abonnements annual : remboursement au prorata non automatique (voir ci-dessous).

Refunds

• Erroneous payment / double billing: full refund on simple request.
• Within 14 days of a first payment with no significant usage: full

refund on request.

• Additional cases reviewed case by case: billing@reputaguard.com

(active once domain email is configured).

Payment failures

On failure: email notification, automatic retries, grace period, then access limitation and suspension under our recovery policy. No arbitrary cutoff without prior notification.

Payment provider

Payments are processed by Stripe (contracting entity — Stripe Payments Europe Ltd or Stripe, Inc. depending on the account — to be confirmed by the lawyer). No card data is stored by ReputaGuard.
