no card data; only identifiers (customer, subscription) are kept.

Providing the reputation monitoring and defense service; billing; security; legal compliance.

4. Legal basis

Contract performance (service provision), legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention), legal obligation (billing). Data controller: EXPERT FORCE, SARL with €1,000 capital, 1 B Avenue du Général Leclerc, 77000 Melun — RCS Melun 948 669 965.

5. Retention

• Accounts actifs : durée de l'abonnement.
• After termination: deletion within 90 days unless legally required

(invoices: applicable legal period).

6. Your rights (GDPR)

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, restriction — exercise them via security@reputaguard.com. Response within 30 days.

7. Sub-processors

• Hosting: EU servers (Germany) — provider to be confirmed by the lawyer
• Payment : Stripe
• AI analysis: models treating data as DATA, NOT INSTRUCTIONS

(no external content can alter our system instructions).

8. Security

Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for backups, strict per-organization isolation (tested multi-tenant), audit logs, least-privilege principle.

9. Complaints

CNIL (France) or the competent authority in your country.
