1. Purpose

ReputaGuard is a SaaS service that assists with online reputation defense: monitoring, analysis, response drafting, building report files compliant with platform rules, and follow-up.

2. What ReputaGuard is NOT

• ReputaGuard does not remove reviews and does not promise removal.
• ReputaGuard does not write fake reviews and does not buy reviews.
• ReputaGuard does not provide legal advice. Situations with significant

legal stakes require a qualified legal professional.

3. Account and trial

• 14-day free trial, once per organization.
• No permanent free plan.
• After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue.

5. Acceptable use

Prohibited: attempting to exfiltrate other customers' data, using the service to harass, defame, or manipulate reviews (one's own or third parties').

6. Personal data

See Privacy policy.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is”, with an obligation of means. The publisher is not responsible for third-party platforms' decisions about the content they host, nor for the outcome of reports.

8. Termination

Termination possible at any time via the customer portal; effective at the end of the period unless the subscriber explicitly decides otherwise.

9. Governing law
